How long will it take to receive order after payment ?

out in same day at same day we received payment,and the
tracking# can be provided within 2 days, after we
provide tracking#,you can expecting merchandises in 5
days,so you will wait totally 7 business days to expect
merchandises arrival.

however we reserve the right to take up to 7 business
days because sometimes there are circumstances out of
control that delay the shipping process. Rest assured,

All packaged in its original box. Merchandises are

in a our inventory wrap. Be aware that shoe boxes
sometimes become damaged due to poor handling by

Is there any extra cost happened to me when i receiving
goods ?
There are no any extra cost happened to you,we have paid
insurance and shipping cost in our side.
I received my tracking number, however it says no
records on the carrier website ?
We have the tracking# once shipment released,and then we
send tracking# to you,after you get tracking number,you
can track shipment on carrier's website,if you cannot
see records on the site right away,please try to see
records later,because sometimes the carrier input the
shipping information slowly,however,we gurantee that the
shipment been on the way when you got tracking# from us.
If there is a problem with the shoes I have received,
what should I do ?
If there is any problem with your order, please contact
us immediately. Inform us of the problem with your order
and we will give you instructions on our return
processing.
If received the wrong order,what can i do ?
Customers have an option of either requesting a refund
or and exchange for their merchandises,This request must
me forward to us within 7 business days from
delivery,and in both options,returned to our inventory
within 10 business days from the date of receipt. The
return address will be provided to you by a customer
supporter after receiving request.Please NOTED: the used
